The owner of A+ All Star Productions, Tammy coached dancers, gymnasts and performers on the state, regional and national level for many years.
Since 2003, Tammy has coached the Indiana State University Spirit Squads, which includes the ISU cheerleaders, Sparkettes and Sycamore Sam.
Tammy is proud to have introduced the team's Community Service efforts, promoting volunteerism and leadership to members of both squads. She's also helped the ISU Athletic Department strengthen community service efforts for the entire University athletic community.
Having coached young children, teens and college students, Tammy leads with a no-nonsense approach that comes from the heart. She cares deeply, but operates with goals and success (whatever the level) in mind.

Tammy earned her Professional Life Coach Certification from the Certified Life Coach Institute. Upon completion of the accredited Coach specific classes, Tammy was certified as a Professional Life Coach. She earned her second certification from Trinity School of Natural Health as a Certified Bible Life Coach in order to have the tools to coach from a biblical perspective if that is the path the client chooses.
Tammy is married to author and businessman Paul Shike, the couple reside in Terre Haute. Tammy's daughter, Taylor Schaffer, is the President and CEO of Downtown Indy, Inc.
